Who we are

What we collect

• Account identity. When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive and store yourverified email address anddisplay name from that provider, plus which provider you used and the sign-in timestamps. We never receive or store your password. We do not store any other profile data, and we do not keep the provider's access tokens.
• Race & timing data. If you stream sessions online, we store the lap and stint data you choose to publish so it can be viewed and compared over time.
• Payments. Purchases are handled by PayPal. We store the order reference and billing details needed for the transaction and receipts; we never see your card number.
• Basic analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate website analytics that do not profile individuals.

Why we use it

Your email is your account identity — it is how we recognise you across sign-ins and how race and track ownership is attributed. We use it only to operate the service and, if needed, to contact you about it. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Sign-in providers

We support Google and Microsoft sign-in. Your identity is the email those providers verify; a single email is a single account regardless of which provider you use. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Retention & your rights

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and associated identity at any time — seeData Deletion. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you by emailingzsellera@lapbeeps.com.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
